The Box sells curated surprise boxes containing brand-new, factory-sealed consumer products. Each box contains one electronics item, one fragrance and one jewellery item. The contents are a surprise, but the guaranteed value of the contents is stated before purchase. This is not a game of chance and there is no lottery element: every customer receives a full box of genuine products.

Adeai Studio is the advertising production studio of Ecomworldco, LLC. It produces the AI-assisted video advertising used by the company's own brands. It does not sell products to consumers and has no online checkout.

Buying from our brands

Choose your product

Select the item and options on the brand's website. The price shown includes VAT and is the final price you pay.

Place your order

Enter your delivery and contact details at checkout. You will see a summary of your order and the total amount before confirming.

Pay

Payment is taken at the moment you confirm the order. We accept payment cards and BLIK. You receive an order confirmation by e-mail immediately afterwards.

Delivery

Your order is dispatched within 24 business hours and delivered by courier. You may return it within 14 days of receipt.

Customer Policies

The policies below apply to all consumer purchases from brands operated by Ecomworldco, LLC. Where a brand publishes its own terms in the local language, those terms apply to that brand's customers and are linked from the brand's website.

Right of withdrawal and returns

Consumers in the European Union may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving a reason, in accordance with EU consumer law. To exercise this right, contact us at the e-mail address for the relevant brand. Once the returned goods are received, the amount paid is refunded using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Refunds for card payments are processed through our payment provider and normally appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the issuing bank.

Order cancellation

You may cancel an order at no cost at any time before it is dispatched, by contacting us at the e-mail address for the relevant brand. If the order has already been dispatched, the 14-day right of withdrawal described above applies instead. Cancelled orders are refunded in full, including any delivery charge paid.

Shipping and delivery

Orders are dispatched within 24 business hours. Delivery within Poland takes up to 7 business days. Delivery times for other markets are stated on the website of the relevant brand.

Promotions

Where a discount, promotional price or bundle is offered, the conditions and the end date of that offer are stated on the product page at the time of purchase. Promotional prices are not applied retroactively to orders placed before the offer began. Promotions cannot be combined unless expressly stated.

Geographic availability

Our brands sell only to consumers within the countries listed for each brand on this page. We do not ship outside those countries. We do not sell restricted goods and no export licence is required for the products we offer.

Complaints

Complaints may be sent to the e-mail address of the relevant brand or to ecomworldceo@gmail.com. We respond to complaints within 14 days.

Privacy

Ecomworldco, LLC processes personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for customers in the European Union.
